Job Title: Senior Principal Professional Services Consultant
Location: United Kingdom

Responsibilities:

• In your role as Professional Services Consultant, you will participate in all stages of the project lifecycle: Business Requirements specification and analysis, Technical Design specification, Implementation and Integration of the solution, Test Plan development, and Testing.
• The position requires a good level of teamwork and the ability to relate well with Customers and Partners.
• Escalation handling
• Leading project teams in close cooperation with the Project manager
• Driving best practices and standards

Minimum Requirements:

• The role requires good interpersonal communication and presentation skills as well as writing skills. The candidate must be keen to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English
• 8+ Years of consulting experience
• Experience in the CX industry is preferred
• Advanced understanding of cloud concepts and architectures (Amazon is preferred)
• Advanced verbal, writing skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients (business and technical audiences)
• Being able to act as a mentor and guide teams during the implementation.
• Work with project managers identifying and mitigating risks
• Bachelor’s degree in a Telecommunication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science, Computer Technology/or related discipline or equivalent professional technical experience
• Nice to have:
• Advanced (REST) API knowledge
• Practical development skills
• Experience with cloud serverless computing and cloud storage services
• Experience with CI/CD and Cloud Ops
• Experience with Cloud security and Regulatory topics (GDPR/DORA)
