Job Description: We are seeking a Senior / Principal Planner to join a well-established planning consultancy firm based in Wokingham. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing expert planning advice and managing a variety of planning projects. The firm offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
The Role: As part of the Wokingham Planning team, you will contribute to the delivery of significant projects involving strategic planning, development management planning, and planning project coordination for a range of private and public sector clients.
We Are Looking For: We seek an established professional who is:
MRTPI qualified. Commercially savvy, able to apply planning knowledge within the wider property context. Excellent in analytical and written skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn and excel. Confident in client-facing situations and in managing projects from start to finish.
