The company is looking for Civil Engineers at Senior, Principal, and Associate grades to lead and manage non-infrastructure water sector projects across the UK. Depending on your experience and skill level, you will either focus on leading technical designs, managing multidisciplinary teams, or taking strategic responsibility for high-profile projects and business growth.
For all roles:
Senior Civil Engineer: Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil engineering, ideally in the UK water sector. Experience with reinforced concrete detailing, foundation design, and civil works.
Principal Civil Engineer: Minimum 10 years’ experience, with a proven track record in delivering non-infrastructure projects. Strong leadership and understanding of UK design standards and water industry regulations.
Associate Civil Engineer: Minimum 12 years’ experience, managing large-scale, non-infrastructure water projects. Proven commercial awareness, client management, and business development skills.
