Job summary

Konker in Birmingham is seeking a Senior or Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our Building Services team with hybrid/remote options. You will lead technically challenging projects, influence design decisions, and remain hands-on.

You will mentor engineers, shape client engagements, and progress along a clear career path toward Associate and beyond within a collaborative, growth‑driven consultancy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Mechanical Building Services projects.
• Experience in consultancy with client-facing roles.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from concept to completion with hands-on engineering.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge across the team.
• Engage with clients to define project scope and deliverables.
