  • An understanding of approaches to assessing climate change resilience, including familiarity with UKCP18 and associated data products.
  • Supervision of small hydrology teams, mentoring, developing and supervising junior colleagues, with opportunities for formal People Management.
  • An attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance, to include the production of high quality client and stakeholder/regulator facing deliverables.
  • Programming experience would be advantageous (e.g. Python and/or R), together with an interest in developing these skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to write high quality concise reports
  • Working collaboratively with other sectors/disciplines to deliver the hydrological aspects of a wide range of challenging and engaging projects.
