Salary £45,000 - £53,000 per year dependant on experience
The company is employee-owned, which means you share in its success. This includes the potential for a tax-free bonus of up to £3,500 each year, with the total bonus amount weighted according to your grade and length of service, rewarding loyalty and contribution.
