Qualifications

10+ years experience in solutions marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement with international scope.
Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence regional stakeholders.
Experience developing and scaling sales playbooks, personas, messaging, and buyer engagement frameworks.

Responsibilities

Lead development and scaling of customer-centric enablement programs across international markets.
Create persona-based resources, playbooks, messaging frameworks, and training materials.
Translate market dynamics into practical tools to improve seller confidence and customer engagement.
Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, and SMEs to deliver field-ready resources.
Measure adoption and continuously improve enablement programs based on outcomes.
