Your new role

You will be managing and contributing to a variety of projects, including new capital schemes, property portfolio development appraisals, and securing planning consents across all utilities and infrastructure sectors. You will lead or manage a small team, providing support, experience, and advice on environmental and planning considerations across various sites and schemes with differing sensitivities. Your goal will be to deliver high-standard services, meeting and exceeding client objectives.

As a team leader, you will oversee the delivery of environmental planning services, focusing on technical planning specialties for projects with varying environmental sensitivities. Your responsibilities include feasibility assessments, screening, scoping, and planning.
