We are particularly interested in candidates with practical 'hands-on' experience with water infrastructure assets and an interest in:

• The operation of water and wastewater networks
• The asset management challenges in delivering a source-to-tap service, including sector threats & opportunities in the coming decades
• The production of asset strategies, policies, plans, and standards

Business development experience is highly beneficial for project pipeline growth, as generating new opportunities is key.

Our hybrid working model involves being in the office or on-site at least 2 days per week, with flexibility up to 5 days based on role or assignment.

• Smart Metering
• Smart and Calm Networks
• Network Operations (Water and Wastewater)
• Long-term asset strategies, with proven ability to lead workstreams or small projects, ensuring quality and supporting less experienced staff.

Effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, economists, and engineers, is essential. A drive to stay informed about market trends and technical solutions is also important.
