Overview
RSM UK’s Technology & Cyber Risk Assurance (TRA) practice provides technology risk and assurance services to a wide range of financial services organisations. This is an exciting time to be involved in technology risk, as regulatory requirements, technology developments and consumer expectations evolve at a fast pace and the demand for assurance is continually growing within the sector. Clients are seeking assurance on building and operating robust risk and control frameworks while maintaining commerciality and consumer confidence and meeting industry and regulatory expectations.
TRA plays an important role in supporting clients through assurance and advisory work on their journeys to understand and implement technology regulations and to transform their technology base and governance.
The team consists of members who are highly experienced in technology and regulatory environments and developments and is evolving at a fast pace to meet this demand.
Opportunity
We have an opportunity to join TRA as either a Senior or Principal Consultant (depending on experience).
The role will involve working as part of a team on the delivery of quality, on budget and timely financial services technology risk assurance and advisory work. You will work with and support the TRA portfolio leads who are responsible for managing the delivery of the engagements. You will also manage a small portfolio of clients in financial services yourself to support your career development.
You’ll benefit from ongoing coaching, career mentoring, and be supported by the TRA career pathway that was launched in 2021. This provides you with an opportunity to continue to develop marketleading skills across our different capabilities and advance your professional development by undertaking relevant qualifications to follow on from the CISA qualification you already have.
