Precision for Medicine is hiring a Senior/Principal Clinical Database Manager to join our team. Candidates can work remotely in the following locations: UK, Spain, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Slovakia.

Position Summary:

The Senior/Principal Clinical Database Manager is responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting clinical databases and applications. The role involves interfacing with internal teams (e.g., Data Management, Project Management), EDC vendors, clients, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and provide updates. The manager also provides operational and technical training to end users and junior staff. Additionally, this role may lead internal software projects requiring specialized programming and scripting.

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

• Experience in developing and customizing clinical data management databases within clinical, scientific, or healthcare disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience.
• Medidata Rave EDC Certified Study Builder.
• Rave API integration experience with external vendor modules.
• Rave Advanced Custom Function programming experience.

Other Required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to handle various clinical research tasks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and oral.
• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming (C#, C++, VBS), scripting languages (PERL), SAS, R, SQL.
• Understanding of CDISC standards (CDASH, SDTM, ADaM).
• Experience in clinical database management system development.
• Experience in clinical, scientific, or healthcare disciplines.
• Experience with various clinical database management systems.
• Broad knowledge of drug, device, or biologic development and data management practices.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Oncology and/or Orphan Drug experience.
• Knowledge of Base SAS, SAS/STAT, and SAS/ACCESS.
• SAS Macro programming.
• Advanced database management and object-oriented programming skills.
• Veeva setup experience.
