Job summary

Assystem UK Ltd is seeking a mid- to senior-level Civil Engineer to lead technical detailing packages for complex nuclear structures. The role emphasizes reinforcement detailing, 3D modelling, supplier oversight and cross-team coordination.

The position is hybrid with Bristol-area commuting or relocation support on offer. You will act as the technical authority, review models for design intent, and drive interface alignment across teams and suppliers while maintaining QA and configuration

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with reinforced concrete structures and detailing.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and interfaces.
• Strong understanding of design and project delivery processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience overseeing contractor or supplier technical deliverables.
• Ability to resolve complex technical engineering issues independently.
• Knowledge of configuration management and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with 3D modelling and engineering detailing environments.
