Job summary

Conrad Consulting Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior or Principal Civil Engineer just outside Nottingham. You will lead civil engineering design from feasibility through to construction and take ownership of projects with direct client involvement.

The role involves highways, drainage and external works, with opportunities to mentor junior engineers and contribute to fee proposals, tenders and business development. UK consultancy/design experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant UK consultancy/design experience.
• Strong background in civil engineering design (highways and drainage preferred).
• Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD or similar advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead civil engineering design from feasibility and planning through to detailed design and construction.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders and manage technical checks.
• Contribute to fee proposals, tenders and business development.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
• Take ownership of projects and contribute to overall business growth.
