Westlakes Recruit is currently recruiting for a Senior/Principal BI Developer on a contract basis, located in Birmingham on a hybrid basis.

• Develop, maintain, and optimise Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all BI solutions.
• Implement data models and schemas to support reporting needs.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI tools and reports.
• Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices.
• Integrate Power BI with other data sources and systems.
• Document BI processes and solutions for future reference.
