Senior/ Principal Associate – Commercial Litigation – Cambridge, Norwich or London

Client
A highly regarded and forward-thinking national law firm.

Role

  • Providing support and advice in relation to public procurement law to clients, education industries and charities
  • Be involved in all aspects of procurement disputes and contentious advisory work, for both procuring entities and suppliers
  • Assist in developing the firm’s contentious profile and use the firm’s platform to develop your own profile externally and internally

You

  • High-performing and experienced commercial litigator, who specialises in procurement disputes
  • 6+ PQE with training in a city or large national/ regional firm
  • Responsible for your own matters and clients
  • Demonstrable experience in business development
