Job Description:

At KFH, we are looking for a Senior Prime Build to Rent Property Manager to manage our clients’ East London portfolio, joining our Lettings Property Management team in Wimbledon.

Are you ARLA Property Mark/NFOPP qualified? Do you have BTR experience? Do you have experience managing portfolios for key clients and forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their knowledge and skills. You will report to our Regional Prime Operations Manager.

Responsibilities of a Senior Prime BTR Property Manager include:

• Manage a portfolio of prime new build properties or properties owned by our key clients, offering an unrivalled customer experience.
• Report and communicate with clients and tenants, presenting recommendations and solutions confidently.
• Manage ad-hoc private clients.
• Collate and provide client reports.
• Frequently visit properties to view any issues and meet with contractors, clients, and tenants.
• Continually review and manage the performance of your portfolio against client requirements, KFH’s KPIs, and the tenancy agreement.

We are looking for a Senior Prime BTR Property Manager with a proven track record in a similar portfolio management role, outstanding communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients while achieving the right results and enhancing our reputation.
