A regional healthcare organization in Carmarthen is seeking an experienced Senior Primary Care Manager to oversee dental services. The role focuses on contract management, performance assessment, and strategic implementation within the Primary Care Dental Services Team. Candidates should possess a Master's degree and have extensive experience in healthcare frameworks. This role is essential for enhancing service integration within NHS dental services.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated individual to join the Primary Care Dental Services Team, as a Senior Primary Care Manager.
The post holder will support the key functions of general dental service contact commissioning, including contract and performance management of dental contracts, supporting collaborative development, and planning to support the organisation in the delivery for its objectives.
The post holder will lead operationally on the development of primary care dental services at Hywel Dda level and will undertake service development and transformation providing an overview and liaison role at County/Cluster level.
Hywel Dda University Health Board plans and provides NHS healthcare services for people living in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and bordering counties.
We have over 13,000 staff and together we provide primary, community, in-hospital, mental health and learning disabilities services.
