Pricing Manager - Remote First | Global Transformation Team

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for pricing innovation? We're looking for a Pricing Manager to join our Client's transformation team and lead the evolution of transparent, value-based pricing frameworks that deliver impact across our diverse product and service offerings.

Your Mission:

As our new Pricing Manager, you'll spearhead the development, implementation, and ongoing refinement of a pricing strategy that's not only rooted in customer value, also commercially sound and margin-conscious. You'll play a critical role in transforming our approach to pricing customised solutions, ensuring clarity in margin expectations and defining smart, scalable discounting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine value-based pricing models tailored to customisable product offerings
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, product, and finance teams to ensure pricing strategies support business goals and reflect customer value
  • Establish and maintain a transparent pricing architecture that captures true cost and margin performance
  • Design and implement practical discounting guidelines to empower sales while safeguarding profitability
  • Provide training and support on pricing best practices across global teams
  • Monitor and evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously optimise pricing models

What You Bring:

  • Proven track record in value-based pricing, ideally within the manufacturing or automotive sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset with the ability to model profitability scenarios
  • Demonstrable experience in margin management, customisation pricing, and discount governance
  • Comfortable navigating data-driven environments and communicating insights to senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented to spot pricing inefficiencies and know exactly what to do about them
  • Prior involvement in a global transformation or change initiative is a significant plus
