Key Responsibilities
  1. You will set the direction for pricing, plan workstreams and manage priorities.
  2. As the Senior Pricing Manager you will build relationships with stakeholders to align pricing capabilities with business objectives.
  3. Leading enhancements to pricing models, rating algorithms and/or optimisation.
  4. You will review the pricing outputs and loadings to ensure standards are met.
  5. You will conduct in-depth analyses of pricing dynamics, customer mix, and behaviour patterns to identify opportunities.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, retail pricing, telematics, fraud and the experimental pricing.
  7. Communicate complex pricing insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision-making processes.
Skills We Would Love You to Have
  1. Your a fast learner to understand our business, its value drivers and the wider industry context.
  2. You have a customer focus to both spot profit opportunities and do the right thing.
  3. You think strategically about driving the business forward with data-led insight and approaches.
  4. Experience with R/Python/Matlab or coding statistical methods in other languages and working with large or complex datasets.
