About the role:

The Senior Pricing Analyst - AI & Data Solutions supports the Pricing and Solutions teams in offering services to TELUS Digital's clients. This involves developing and maintaining financial models to establish competitive pricing structures, considering all risks and costs to ensure financial objectives are met.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support development of a standard global pricing model(s) for AI solutions
• Collect and validate default data from AI finance, operations, and support teams for delivery locations and solution types
• Model operational variables & relevant data to generate projected P&Ls for future accounts in AI and joint-CX opportunities
• Incorporate results into financial reports detailing pricing, aligned with company financial objectives
• Support post-implementation reviews of new business acquisitions
• Maintain financial models, ensuring assumptions are accurate and up-to-date
• Propose improvements to existing models

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering (Required)
• Masters in Finance or Business Administration (Plus)
• 5+ years experience in financial modeling and/or pricing
• 2+ years experience in Finance, Commercial, or Operations providing financial analysis
• Excellent oral and written comprehension
• Advanced Excel skills (Required)
• Advanced Google Sheets skills (Required)
• Knowledge/Experience in Budgeting
