Job description

Reporting to the Solution Architect of the International Business unit, this role involves working

with Digital C4 (Command, Control, Communications, and Computers) products and solutions.

The candidate will play a key role in supporting the sales process and providing technical

expertise to customers.

The Pre-Sales Engineer acts as a technical expert, bridging the gap between customers'

needs and the company's Digital C4 products and solutions, ensuring effective communication

and solution alignment. The candidate preferably should have experience and knowledge in

computers, network and wireless communications concepts. Knowledge of Public Safety

Security and/or Military concept of operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

· Collaborate with Sales team to develop technical proposals and strategies, focusing on providing technical solutions to meet customer requirements and addressing their concerns

· Preparation and conduct of product and solution demonstrations and presentations to showcase capabilities and features

· Conducting site surveys and assessing of customer needs

· Developing and maintaining technical documentation and sales materials

· Staying up-to-date with product developments and industry trends

· Building relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

· Supporting the development of proof-of-concepts and prototypes

· Providing training and support to customers and sales teams

Requirements

· Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics, Communications and Networking

· Candidates with 3 years of pre-sales and engineering solutions experience in defense, international, and engineering domains are preferred

· Hands-on experience developing and conduct of product and solution demonstrations are preferred

· Strong communication (verbal, written/visual) and presentation skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously

· Willingness to travel overseas as needed

· Working location is inJurong East / Ang Mo Kio

· Singaporeans Only
