The successful candidate will operate a range of manual and CNC equipment, contribute to small to mid-volume production, and uphold high quality and safety standards in a modern production facility.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer, Machinist or similar.
• Strong manual turning experience.
• Strong manual milling experience.
• CNC milling programming experience.
• CAD experience.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of machining processes and precision engineering.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manual turning and milling of precision components.
• CNC milling and programming.
• Creating and modifying CNC programmes.
• Using CAD software to design and prepare machining work.
• Reading engineering drawings and applying technical specs.
• Setting and operating CNC milling machinery.
• Producing one-off components and small-batch production.
