Interaction Recruitment Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Engineer in Letchworth Garden City to join a precision engineering environment. The role focuses on manual turning and milling, with CNC milling programming and CAD experience to produce precision components from engineering drawings.

You will work from 8:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, in a permanent position offering a modern production facility and a hands-on, detail-oriented team setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on multi-skilled engineer with strong turning/milling experience.
• Proficient in CNC milling programming and CAD.
• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings.
• Experience in precision components and quality control.

Responsabilités

• Manual turning and milling of precision components.
• Program CNC milling and create/modify CNC programmes.
• Use CAD to design and prepare machining work.
• Read engineering drawings and work from specifications.
• Set and operate CNC milling machinery and check tolerances.
• Produce one-off parts and small-to-medium batches.
• Ensure high quality and maintain workshop organization.
