Position:
BCHA has an opportunity in our Young Peoples accommodation service in Bournemouth and Poole; In this role you will develop customer led support using person centred and psychologically informed approaches by providing information, advice and support for adults who are or at risk of homelessness
The team consistently use a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to reach the customer in a way that facilitates a better understanding of the person and how to most effectively support them.
You will guide the team to build trusting relationships with customers who find themselves in a vulnerable situation to manage risk, engage in recovery and work towards a sustainable pathway for the future.
