Job summary

A leading social work recruitment agency is looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their Safeguarding Team in Kingston & Richmond. Responsibilities

• Supporting children and young people who are subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans.
• Building strong and respectful working relationships with families and partner agencies.
• Work on cases with increased complexity, including Care Proceedings.
• Contribute to team management and potentially supervising work of an ASYE or students.
• Ensuring active involvement of children and young people in our work.
• Participate in reflective supervision and group supervision.
