Job description

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join a Safeguarding Team based in Kingston & Richmond.

Your main responsibilities as a Senior Practitioner:

  1. Supporting children and young people who are subject to Child Protection plans and Child in Need plans
  2. Building strong and respectful working relationships with families, their support network and our partner agencies
  3. Working on cases with increased complexity, including Care Proceedings
  4. Contributing to team management, deputizing for the team leaders and potentially supervising work of an ASYE or students
  5. Ensuring that children and young people are actively involved in our work and their voice is captured in our case recording
  6. Actively taking part in reflective supervision and group supervision

What we are looking for in a Senior Practitioner:

  1. Relevant Social Work qualification
  2. Completion of ASYE
  3. Active Social Work England registration
