Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently looking for a Senior Practitioner to join our client’s Children’s Referral and Assessment Team in Bromley. Senior Practitioners in the Referral and Assessment Team typically have a caseload of 12-15 children, allowing ample time for quality social work.

You will join an ambitious service with strong leadership and clear support structures. As a Senior Practitioner, you will work within a small cluster team of five Social Workers/Seniors and one Team Manager, with dedicated time for reflective supervision.
