Salary: £42,917 - £49,133 per annum (pro rata)

Grade: F

Type: Permanent

Hours: 21 Hours per Week

Job Description:

We are seeking a committed individual to join us as a Senior Practitioner – Social Worker in our Preparing for Adulthood Team. This is a part-time role, and we are looking for a qualified social worker with experience in Adult Social Care to join this highly skilled and committed team. You will work with Young Adults with various learning disabilities and impairments.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues in other departments and agencies to meet the care and support needs and outcomes for our young adults.

You need to be an excellent communicator and able to work alongside colleagues in Children’s Services, Health, Education, and Voluntary organizations.
