Clackmannanshire Council are looking to recruit a highly motivated, qualified Children & Families Senior Practitioner within the Lornshill locality to support the provision of good outcomes for children and young people. This post requires the applicant to be a qualified, experienced social worker registered with the SSSC.

The service firmly believes in the power of strength based relational Social Work and its members will hold the ability to address behaviours linked to, or because of, adult and childhood trauma and compromised child/parental relationships and capacity.

Essential

Degree in Social Work, Dip SW, CQSW, CSS.

Registration with Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)

Up-to-date understanding of the key issues and relevant theoretical background facing professional children and families social workers, particularly related to child protection and looked after children.

Please note you will be required to pay for the cost of this application if your salary is over £38,000 per annum, which will be deducted from your first pay.
