Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Senior Practitioner to join a Safeguarding Team based in Kingston & Richmond.

Main responsibilities of a Senior Practitioner:

  • Supporting children and young people subject to Child Protection and Child in Need plans
  • Building respectful relationships with families, their support networks, and partner agencies
  • Handling cases with increased complexity, including Care Proceedings
  • Contributing to team management, deputizing for team leaders, and supervising work of ASYE or students
  • Ensuring children's voices are actively involved and recorded in case documentation
  • Participating in reflective and group supervision sessions
