BCHA has an opportunity in our flagship adult homeless service in Bournemouth. In this role, you will lead an established team and develop customer-led support using person-centred and psychologically informed approaches by providing information, advice, and support for adults who are or are at risk of homelessness.

The team consistently employs a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to better understand and support the individual.

You will guide the team in building trusting relationships with vulnerable customers to manage risks, engage in recovery, and work towards sustainable pathways for the future.

Position:

BCHA has an opportunity in our Homelessness accommodation service in Bournemouth. In this role, you will develop customer-led support using person-centred and psychologically informed approaches by providing information, advice, and support for adults who are or are at risk of homelessness.

The team uses a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to facilitate effective support.

You will lead the team in building trusting relationships to support vulnerable customers in managing risks and recovery.
