We are looking for a Senior Practitioner to develop and deliver support services to adults experiencing homelessness and domestic abuse. You will empower individuals with the tools for independent living and personal growth, leading a team of Support Workers within the BCHA Psychologically Informed Framework. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement customer-led support using trauma and psychologically informed approaches.
  2. Provide information, advice, and support to adults facing mental health challenges.
  3. Manage the support service and lead a team of Support Workers and staff.
  4. Establish strong relationships with statutory and third-sector agencies.
  5. Collaborate with Local Authority Housing Teams, Police, IDVA, Housing Benefit staff, DWP, Community Mental Health Teams, Social Services, and Offender Management services.
  6. Respond flexibly to service requirements, including working outside core hours and on weekends.
