Senior Practitioner - Community Team / Family Help Service

Salary: 47,532 - 52,584 per annum + 3,000 Recruitment & Retention Bonus
Contract: Permanent Full-time - 37 hours per week
Location: Family Help / Community Team, Redbridge

The Role

Redbridge Council requires a Senior Practitioner to lead and manage complex family cases within the Community Team's Family Help Service. You will provide professional guidance and support to social workers, ensuring high-quality interventions.

You will also liaise with multi-agency partners and contribute to service improvement and safeguarding practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead complex assessments and family interventions.
  • Supervise and mentor social workers.
  • Provide professional advice and support service development.
  • Coordinate with partner agencies.
  • Ensure accurate records and compliance with safeguarding policies.


Requirements

  • HCPC-registered Social Worker qualification.
