NonStop is currently working with an “Outstanding Ofsted rated” Local authority in the South East who are looking for a Senior Practitioner to join their Children Social Work Team (CSWT).

The role offers the flexibility of working from home, supporting effective caseload management and increasing job satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. You’ll develop specialist practice areas and handle a range of cases, including complex ones.
  2. As a role model, you’ll set performance standards, support and oversee team members, and mentor less experienced staff. You may also act as a Practice Assessor for ASYE and student social workers.
