Job Title: Senior Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager – Adults Team

Location: East London

Rate: £36 per hour

An exciting opportunity has become available in East London for a Senior Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager within the Adults team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and monitoring tasks to achieve business objectives within the Adult Services team.
  • Conducting appraisals and supervising staff to improve service delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with Safeguarding Adults policies and relevant regulations.
  • Supporting team members in maintaining professional standards.
  • Advocating for a strengths-based, self-directed support model, empowering service users and carers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Social Work England registration.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Post-qualified experience in social work.
  • Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
  • Experience in management support, Care Act assessments, safeguarding, and social work tasks.
