This position includes both short-term and long-term assessments. To be considered, you must have a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience. The team is well-established, with long-standing permanent staff who provide excellent peer support and mentoring to new joiners. Remote working is strongly encouraged, and the team is looking to onboard multiple professionals to support continued growth.

What’s on offer:

  • Manageable caseloads
  • Flexible working options: 4-day week, condensed hours, or traditional 37-hour week

  • Supportive management and team culture
  • Remote working strongly supported
  • Start date flexibility: They are happy to wait up to a month for the right candidate
  • Internal progression opportunities: Move across teams if desired
  • Market-leading payroll system

This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your leadership and practice skills in a well-supported environment, surrounded by experienced professionals who share your commitment to quality care.

Additionally, if you know another Senior Practitioner or Social Worker who may be interested, we offer a £500 referral bonus for successful placements.
