What you will do
  • Conduct thorough assessments of families within designated timeframes.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members and partner agencies.
  • Ensure that all interventions are timely, efficient, and effective in supporting families.
  • Participate in regular case reviews and meetings.
  • Liaise with different stakeholders to secure the best outcomes for children and their families.
  • Be office-based two days per week, supporting team synergy and information sharing.
Requirements of the Senior Practitioner
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
