The role involves working with adults referred due to safeguarding concerns, conducting enquiries, and participating in strategy meetings. Candidates must have a social work qualification and current registration with Social Work England, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience. We have adopted the Community Led Support Approach, and all our teams work as one big team, in a person-centred way, with the focus being on building on the strengths of the person and the community around them.
Working from home or our community hubs and flexible working is encouraged and supported; this is definitely not an office job, and we guarantee that you will enjoy this innovative way of working!
