What you will do:
– Provide advice and support to social workers and care managers in the team on casework.
– Support the Team Manager by deputising in their absence and act as Duty Manager when needed.
– Chair some Professional Meetings/Case Conferences as appropriate.
– Assist social workers on duty to ensure that incoming concerns are acted upon in a timely and appropriate manner.
– Record actions and decisions clearly and robustly on the Mosaic database.
– Undertake complex enquiries, liaising with both internal and external colleagues as appropriate.
