Job summary

Gov nursery in Wales is seeking a Senior Practitioner to lead a busy team and drive high standards of care and learning for young children.

You will support daily operations, model best practice, and contribute to safeguarding and early years development across the setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare or equivalent.
• Team Leader/Leadership qualification.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting and staff leadership.
