Join the CWD NWC Team at Birmingham Children's Trust

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Practitioner to join our Children's Workforce Development (CWD) North West and Central (NWC) team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that has achieved a GOOD Ofsted status.

About the Role:

As a Senior Practitioner, you will support the development of practitioners within our team, ensuring high-quality services to children and families. This role requires excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to practitioners, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance practitioner skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Conduct practice reviews and give constructive feedback
  • Contribute to policy and procedure development to improve service quality

What We Offer:
