About the Role:As a Senior Practitioner, you will support the development of practitioners within our team, ensuring high-quality services to children and families. This role requires excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and support to practitioners, fostering a positive and inclusive team culture
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance practitioner skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct practice reviews and give constructive feedback
- Contribute to policy and procedure development to improve service quality

What We Offer:- A 3-month contract with potential extension
