Overview:
Birmingham is currently seeking an experienced Locum Social Worker with a strong background in court proceedings, permanency planning, and high-quality assessment writing. This role plays a crucial part in safeguarding and achieving the best outcomes for children and families.
Key Requirements:
We're looking for a candidate with proven expertise in:
  • Court work, including presenting robust final evidence
  • Care Planning and Permanency Planning
  • Writing Child Permanence Reports (CPRs) and Annex A reports
  • Conducting parenting assessments, viability assessments, and risk assessments
  • Producing high-quality, defensible written work under pressure
