The successful candidate will oversee governance, risk, and regulatory compliance, align with UK accounting standards, and contribute to growth and client retention at the site level.

Qualifications

• Qualified UK accountant with practice experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Knowledge of UK GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and direction across the practice.
• Take overall responsibility for day-to-day site operations and performance.
• Lead, coach and develop the team, creating a high-performance culture.

Role Qualifications

• Solid and well-rounded experience gained within a UK accountancy practice.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing teams.
• Experience of coaching, developing and managing employee performance.
• Strong working knowledge of UK GAAP.
• Good understanding of Companies Act requirements and HMRC compliance.
