TPF Recruitment is working on behalf of a dynamic and ambitious firm that is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their expanding team. With plans to double turnover in the next year through local acquisitions, this is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a business undergoing significant growth.

About the Role:

As a Senior Accountant, you'll manage a diverse client portfolio, mainly of limited companies with turnovers up to £7 million. You will review accounts prepared by an international delivery team, ensuring high-quality output and excellent client service. This role does not involve partner review; you will be trusted to lead your portfolio and maintain high standards. Strong client communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review year-end accounts and tax computations prepared by offshore teams
• Manage and nurture client relationships, acting as their key contact
• Take full responsibility for your workload with minimal oversight
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
• Collaborate with leadership to improve internal processes
• Contribute to the firm's transformation and expansion plans

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• ACA / ACCA qualified preferred, but qualified by experience considered
• Experience working with offshore teams is a plus
• Proven background in a client-facing accountancy practice role
• Self-motivated with a desire to contribute to a growing business
• Excellent communication, time management, and review skills
