Senior PR & Communications Manager – Brand New Team Lead Role in Boutique Law Firm

This impressive boutique law firm has ambitious plans for growth, is highly profitable, and aims to be the best in its field. It boasts a friendly and supportive culture along with a good work/life balance.

In this newly created Senior Communications Manager role, you will lead all aspects of PR, external communications, social media, and internal communications. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Working with the Marketing Director and Managing Partner to develop the firm’s communications strategy at both firmwide and departmental levels;
  2. Conducting media relations and building relationships with legal, industry, and national press, as well as managing a PR agency;
  3. Developing a content creation strategy, with a strong enjoyment of writing content;
  4. Managing external communications, including client communications, award submissions, and brand awareness;
  5. Developing and implementing internal communications strategies, content, and channels;
  6. Handling crisis communications;
  7. Monitoring and measuring communication effectiveness;
  8. Managing a Communications Executive.

Candidates should have significant experience working in a major law firm and possess strong press contacts. Enjoying writing and content creation, along with the gravitas to influence and persuade partners, is essential. Those with a journalistic background who have transitioned into law firm communications are encouraged to apply.
