Job summary

Logical Personnel Solutions is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to join our growing consultancy on a hybrid basis in the United Kingdom. You will deliver commercial and cost management across a varied project portfolio, from planning through to delivery, on schemes up to £400m.

You will need strong PQS/cost consultancy experience, across residential, student accommodation, education, retail or mixed use, and excellent client-facing communication to drive projects and add value.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within a PQS / cost consultancy environment.
• Experience across residential, student accommodation, education, retail or mixed use.
• Strong cost planning and commercial management experience.
• Ability to manage projects through the full lifecycle and client liaison.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial and cost management services across a varied project portfolio.
• Take ownership of projects and work closely with clients and project teams.
• Play a key role in delivering projects from early cost planning through to completion.
