Job summary

Arup is seeking an Associate/Associate Director Project Manager to join our North Programme & Project Management (PPM) team. You will lead client relationships, bid development and deliver advisory services across complex programmes, leveraging multidisciplinary teams to achieve strategic outcomes.

In this role you will focus on early programme formation, opportunity development, and delivering high standards of client satisfaction while mentoring junior colleagues and strengthening Arup’s PPM

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, architecture or project/construction management (or similar).
• Professional accreditation/certification such as APM in the PPM environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead bids and win opportunities, developing new service offerings.
• Deliver programme and project management work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues within the North PPM leadership team.
