Our client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing EdTech companies, with a mission to empower educators and inspire learners across the globe. Backed by a top-tier private equity firm, they’re entering an exciting phase of scale, with over 1 million active subscribers and operations in 60+ markets.

The Opportunity

Join a digital-first, mission-led organisation that’s transforming how teachers and students engage with educational content.

Own the global Paid Search strategy across key markets, including the UK and US.

Work directly with senior leadership in a flat, agile structure – real autonomy, no red tape.

Play a pivotal role in shaping how the brand expands into high-opportunity markets like the US.

Use your technical expertise to drive meaningful, measurable growth across core acquisition channels.

Responsibilities

Strategic Ownership

  • Lead on the channel roadmap: structure, bidding models, audience strategy, and keyword segmentation.
  • Align PPC performance to broader business objectives (e.g., subscription growth, ROAS, CPA, LTV).
  • Design and implement testing frameworks for ad copy, bid strategies, and landing pages.

Tactical Execution

  • Plan, build, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and Performance Max.
  • Continuously optimise performance based on CTR, CPA, ROAS and conversion metrics.
  • Own campaign monitoring, daily optimisation, and performance reporting.

Technical & Data-Led Decision Making

  • Confident with tracking setup, attribution models, and conversion funnels.
  • Analyse large data sets using Excel, pivot tables, and dashboards in Looker Studio.
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to integrate insights and refine strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with growth, product, and content teams.
  • Be the go-to PPC expert: make decisions, drive results, and champion best practices.
  • Communicate performance updates and growth plans to stakeholders at all levels.

Your Profile

  • 3–4 years of hands-on PPC experience across Google Ads and Bing.
  • Track record of owning and scaling campaigns with measurable impact.
  • Expert in Google Ads, Bing Ads, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong grasp of attribution models and performance marketing metrics.
  • Proactive, curious, and excited by the challenge of being the sole PPC specialist.
  • Passion for education and mission-led organisations is a plus.

What’s On Offer

  • Join a purpose-driven business on a global growth journey.
  • High autonomy, high impact role with strong leadership support.
  • Flexible working with a remote-first culture and UK HQ.
  • Generous benefits package including 33 days' annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), Westfield Health, “Me” and charity days, enhanced family policies, and more.
