Job summary

Satchell Moran Solicitors Limited in Liverpool is seeking a Senior PPC Manager to own our in-house paid marketing. This senior role is hands-on with strategic oversight, managing substantial monthly ad spend in a competitive legal market to drive qualified enquiries and lower CPA.

You will collaborate with the digital marketing manager to shape strategy, test new channels, and directly influence firm-wide growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PPC experience, preferably in legal or high-CPC sectors.
• Proven track record reducing CPA and CAC.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with call tracking and lead-to-client attribution.
• Knowledge of SRA advertising compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns (Search-focused).
• Manage six-figures monthly PPC budgets.
• Develop high-intent keyword strategies within UK legal markets.
• Improve Quality Score, reduce CPA, and maximise signed case ROI.
• Oversee conversion tracking (GA4, call tracking, CRM integrations, WhatConverts).
• Landing page optimisation and CRO initiatives.
• Deliver clear performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Monitor competitor strategy and market trends.

About Us

We are an established and growing Liverpool-based law firm with a strong presence across personal injury, actions against the police, clinical negligence, housing disrepair, and criminal defence. Paid search is a core driver of our new client acquisition strategy, and we are now seeking a Senior PPC Manager to take ownership of our in-house paid marketing.

The Role

This is a senior-level, hands-on position with strategic oversight. You will manage substantial monthly ad spend in a highly competitive legal market, focusing on driving qualified enquiries and reducing cost per signed case.

You will work closely with the digital marketing manager to shape strategy, test new channels, and directly influence firm-wide growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns (Search-focused)
• Manage six-figures monthly PPC budgets
• Develop high-intent keyword strategies within competitive UK legal markets
• Improve Quality Score, reduce CPA, and maximise signed case ROI
• Oversee conversion tracking (GA4, call tracking, CRM integrations, WhatConverts)
• Landing page optimisation and CRO initiatives
• Deliver clear performance reporting to senior leadership
