Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior PPC Account Manager to join a fast-growing and ambitious digital agency. Our client is looking for a results-driven specialist to take ownership of high-value accounts, deliver exceptional campaign performance, and play a key role in developing the PPC team.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management - Manage Shopping and lead generation campaigns, using proven techniques to maximise results.
  • Strategy - Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop proactive strategies, staying ahead of Google & Microsoft updates.
  • Delivery - Take accountability for PPC activity across some of the agency's largest accounts.
  • Client Management - Handle medium-to-large accounts with budgets exceeding £100k per month.
  • Relationship Building - Lead client calls, performance reviews and strategy sessions with confidence.
  • Mentorship - Support and guide junior team members, with line management experience a plus.
  • Performance - Set, monitor, and achieve client KPIs.
  • Auditing - Review account performance and provide actionable insights; pitching experience advantageous.
  • Training - Deliver training and workshops for junior colleagues.
  • Line Management responsibilities include:
    • Leading and developing junior members of the PPC team.
    • Acting as a role model for company values and supporting team wellbeing.
    • Recruiting, onboarding and providing ongoing feedback.
    • Driving improvements in processes and performance.
    • Making confident client and team decisions using in-house tools.
    • Ensuring accountability for time, costs, and client success.
Candidate Requirements
  • 4+ years' PPC experience, confident managing large accounts across industries.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and the resilience to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for PPC, innovation, and delivering measurable results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills - a clear communicator, trusted partner, and effective problem solver.
